1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "m444" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the m444.io platform and all associated services made available through it.
• "Platform" means the m444.io website, its subdomains, mobile-browser interface, and any application or service operated by m444.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or bonus-plus-deposit must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through m444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of m444 or any of its affiliated third-party game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by m444 or any recognised responsible gaming programme.

m444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions entitles m444 to suspend or permanently close your Account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any Balance pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on m444, you must register a single Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any detail changes.

• One account only: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account. If m444 identifies duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. m444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Contact details: You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you control. m444 uses these channels to communicate important account, security, and compliance notifications.
• Identity verification (KYC): m444 may, at its absolute discretion and at any stage of the account lifecycle, request that you provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Documents typically requested include a national identity card, passport, utility bill dated within 90 days, and a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership.
• Verification timelines: Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. m444 aims to complete KYC reviews within one to three business days of receiving complete documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

m444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. m444 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. m444 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the m444 Account.
• m444 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit at its discretion. VIP players may be eligible for elevated limits.
• Any balance attributed to bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds being forfeited.
• Where m444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with a transaction, it may delay or decline a withdrawal and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• m444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, virtual wallets not registered in the player's name, or anonymous payment methods.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

m444 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players located in Bangladesh only.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement. Until that requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless the promotion states "deposit + bonus".
• Eligible games for wagering purposes are specified within each promotion. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may, in some cases, result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account without notice.
• m444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their bonus processed under the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing hedged bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the m444 sportsbook and all wagers placed at m444 casino games are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• A bet is not accepted until m444's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. You are responsible for verifying that your bet has been accepted before the relevant event or game round commences.
• m444 reserves the right to set individual betting limits per event, market, or player account. These limits may be adjusted without notice.
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds, payout ratio, or game result displayed on the Platform due to a technical fault or human error, m444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network stability. m444 is not liable for the failure of a live bet to be placed due to connection issues on the player's end.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) of the relevant game provider. m444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with an event on which bets are offered is strictly prohibited. m444 cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies including the ICC, BCB, and FIFA in the investigation of suspicious betting patterns.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m444 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing your Account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Participating in coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting bonus structures (so-called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage abuse").
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward any member of the m444 support team or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

m444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• m444 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct connected to the Account.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by m444.
• The Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant Account fees may apply as specified in the relevant fee schedule.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• m444 is required to do so by a competent authority, court order, or applicable law.

Where an Account is closed by m444 for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

m444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard without the need to contact support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player will not be permitted to access their Account or create a new Account during the exclusion period. m444 will honour self-exclusion requests even if received via email to [email protected].

m444 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their Account closed immediately, all bets voided, and all deposits returned to the payment method used. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the m444 Platform — including but not limited to the m444 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game content licensed from third-party providers, software, and database structures — is the exclusive property of m444 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from m444.
• Use the m444 brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design or content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from betting or gaming activity.

m444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and technical faults may affect Platform availability. m444 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

In jurisdictions where the above limitation of liability is not fully enforceable, m444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the date of the relevant claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

m444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at m444.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Personal data provided during registration and the KYC process — including your name, date of birth, address, national identity information, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services. m444 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are not accessible to m444 staff in plain-text form.

14 Amendments to These Terms

m444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — m444 will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via registered email, an in-platform notification, or both.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which m444 is registered. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and m444, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved informally within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, m444 and the player agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which m444 is registered, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
